Draw equilateral triangles BCA1, ACB1 and ABC1 on the inside of the given triangle ABC.
Let A2 be the center of BCA1.
Let B2 be the center of ACB1.
Let C2 be the center of ABC1.
Then A2B2C2 is the Inner Napoleon Triangle. The Second Napoleon Point N is the perspector of triangle ABC and the Inner Napoleon Triangle. That is, F is the point of concurrence of the lines AA2, BB2 and CC2.
